InvaderSignals capitalizes on exhaustion points and momentum swings to signal a trend as it’s picking up momentum. This indicator can signal likely upcoming changes in price movement to help traders determine the strength of a trend.

Understanding what goes into this indicator's calculations/conditions will help better understand which variables are used in triggering InvaderSignals' signals:

  • price strength/weakness

  • rate of price acceleration/deceleration

  • speed and velocity of price changes

  • momentum and exhaustion correlations

ðŸŧ : Reversal detection signal alerting when sellers are attempting to form a top. During strong uptrends it acts more often as a pitstop marker, signaling the trend will likely pause/chop before extending any further.

ðŸŪ : Reversal detection signal alerting when buyers are attempting to form a bottom. During strong downtrends it acts more often as a pitstop marker, signaling the trend will likely pause/chop before extending any further.

🐷: Early reversal signal warning when the market is attempting to top out or find a bottom. When it alerts during a downtrend (Bears getting greedy) it’s alerting buyers trying to take control. When it alerts during an uptrend (Bulls getting greedy) it’s alerting sellers trying to take control.

InvaderSignals helps traders identify trends in the market by detecting exhaustion and momentum swings. Three different signals are given: the bear, the bull, and the pig.

The bear signal indicates a potential top (especially in a strong uptrend), while the bull signal indicates a potential bottom (especially in a strong downtrend). The pig signal warns of an early reversal when the market is attempting to top out or find a bottom.

Exhaustion occurs when the majority of trades in the same asset are either long or short, leaving few traders to take the other side of the transaction. When everyone who wants to be long or short already is, few people are left to continue pushing the price in the current direction.

InvaderSignals combines exhaustion and momentum to help traders identify when a trend is starting to lose steam. To trade with InvaderSignals, you can use the bear and bull signals to help you identify potential tops and bottoms while the pig signal can help you anticipate a reversal before it happens.

Overall, trading with InvaderSignals can be profitable for traders who have the right mindset and can handle risk management. By using the signals, traders can avoid opening a position too early, closing too late, and missing key trends in price movement.

HOW TO USE INVADERSIGNALS:

Scalp:

  • A scalp trader might use InvaderSignals to identify short-term trends and momentum swings in the market.

  • For example, if the ðŸŪ emoji appears, indicating a reversal signal for buyers attempting to form a bottom, a scalper might enter a long position and aim to take profit quickly as the price continues to move up.

  • Similarly, if the ðŸŧ emoji appears, indicating a reversal signal for sellers attempting to form a top, a scalper might enter a short position and aim to take profit quickly as the price continues to move down.

Swing:

  • A swing trader might use InvaderSignals to identify potential trend reversals and to confirm the strength of an existing trend.

  • For example, if the 🐷 emoji appears, indicating an early reversal signal warning when the market is attempting to top out or find a bottom, a swing trader might start to look for confirmation of the trend reversal, such as a break of key support or resistance levels, before entering a position.

  • Alternatively, if the ðŸŪ or ðŸŧ emoji appears during an existing trend, a swing trader might use it as a confirmation of the trend's strength and continue to hold their position.

Investors:

  • For a long-term investor, InvaderSignals could be used to identify potential entry or exit points for positions, but it may not be the primary factor in making investment decisions.

  • InvaderSignals can help a long-term investor avoid opening a position too early or closing it too late, but it should be used in conjunction with other fundamental and technical analysis.

  • For example, a long-term investor may use InvaderSignals to confirm their analysis of a particular asset's price trends.
